Questions

Before you buy

Does it work with zero cell signal?

Yes. Download Las Vegas before you go and the map, stops, narration, and transcripts live on your phone. Zero bars is fine.

Which languages are included today?

English and Spanish narration are in the Las Vegas pack today, both included. More languages are coming, and languages are not sold separately.

Who writes and narrates the tours?

Each stop is researched from the record (park service, museum, archive and landmark records where they exist), written as original prose, and fact-checked claim by claim by an independent editorial gate before it is voiced. Narration is a studio-grade AI voice, the same in English and Spanish. You can hear real samples in the browser demo before you spend a dollar.

Can I listen without walking the route?

Yes. Story Mode plays any tour you own as a story with photos, stop by stop, wherever you are: on the plane, in the hotel, on the way home. Vibe Roam builds a walk or a listen from the vibe and the time you have.

Is there anything for Las Vegas at night?

Yes. Roamaloud After Dark groups 5 Las Vegas night tours in three chapters: Drink (18b After Dark, Fremont Last Call); Haunt (Glitter Gulch & the Mob); Explore (Downtown / Fremont Deep Cut, The Strip After Dark). They sit on their own shelf in the app and play offline after you download the map and narration.

How does this compare to a guided tour?

Honestly: it is a different product. A guided walking tour of the Strip or Fremont runs about $34 to $46 a person (prices checked Sep 2, 2026 on Viator, GetYourGuide, Tripadvisor and Airbnb). Roamaloud is self-guided: your pace, your route, your group, and one purchase covers every tour in the city for everyone listening from one phone, forever. Guided day trips to Red Rock Canyon, Hoover Dam or Valley of Fire run about $70 to $138 a person; the whole Las Vegas purchase includes those drives, narrated, and you drive. Spanish speakers: a Spanish-language guided tour of Las Vegas runs about $74 a person; every Roamaloud tour is narrated in Spanish and English for the same one-time price.

Does one purchase work for my whole group?

Yes. One Las Vegas city pack purchase works from one phone for your group, whether you use speaker audio, earbuds, or car Bluetooth.

Is it on iPhone?

Roamaloud is on Google Play now. The iPhone app is in App Store review. Either way, Las Vegas is a one-time purchase with English and Spanish included, no subscription.

How do refunds work?

Refunds are handled through Google Play, using the same purchase account you used for the Android app.

How does GPS auto-play work?

Start a tour, keep the phone with you, and Roamaloud watches your GPS locally. When you reach a stop, the story starts automatically; you can also tap any stop manually.
