These terms explain the Roamaloud website, app, and city-pack purchases. By using Roamaloud, you agree to use it responsibly and to follow local laws while you travel.
One-time city-pack purchases
Roamaloud sells city packs as one-time purchases. A purchased city pack gives you lifetime access to that city pack, all languages included for that pack, and free content updates we make available for the same purchased pack. Purchases are tied to the Apple App Store or Google Play account used to buy them and may be restored through that store account.
Playback is intended for you and your travel group from the one device running Roamaloud. Refund requests are handled by the app store where the purchase was made, under that store’s refund rules.
Acceptable use
Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, redistribute, or publicly rebroadcast Roamaloud packs or narration. Do not use Roamaloud to break the law, harass others, interfere with the service, or bypass purchase and entitlement checks.
Travel content and safety
Roamaloud works hard to keep tour content useful, but cities change. Verify hours, closures, prices, access rules, transit changes, and safety conditions locally before relying on them.
Use Roamaloud at your own risk while walking or driving. Stay aware of your surroundings, obey traffic laws, follow posted signs and local instructions, and never let audio or the screen distract you from safe travel.
Limitation of liability
Roamaloud is provided as a travel guide and convenience tool. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roamaloud is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from travel decisions, closures, route choices, unsafe use, device issues, network conditions, or third-party services.
Governing law
Governing law and venue will be finalized before general availability. Until then, contact us with any dispute so we can try to resolve it directly.
